



LEAD DESCRIPTIONS
Merchandising Lead | Responsible for ensuring store visual merchandising needs are met and executed to company brand standards.
Customer Service Lead | Ensures every guest receives the Dress Up Experience.
Marketing Lead | Helps drive traffic into the store through marketing strategies, store events, and assists with social media content.
Inventory Processing Lead | In charge of ensuring all inventory is processed correctly and efficiently.
ASM | Assistant Manager | Supports the store manager and daily store functions. This is the next step before becoming a manager.
Merchandising Lead
- Must maintain a customer type/analysis understanding.
- Use customer understanding to better merchandise the store.
- Lead store improvements through merchandising.
- Be knowledgeable about all products and promotions and ensure the store is merchandised according to our marketing strategy.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members about merchandising strategies.
- Upload + submit visual/inventory pictures in appropriate timeframe.
- Refresh mannequins, tables, shelves throughout the week.
- Communicate weekly with Store Manager about merchandising plans, goals, and ideas.
Marketing Lead
- Must develop monthly marketing plan for store.oIn charge of facilitating communication with vendors for outside pop upevent opportunities.
- Must have your store manager + marketing team approval before putting event on calendar.
- Ensures that the store has plenty of coupons/marketing materials to pass out each week.
- Assists in creating social content for store Instagram account. (Can only post on social when given permission by manager.)
- Assists in posting for store Instagram account each week.
- Networks + reaches out to the local community through outside marketing.
- Organizes community outreach list and keeps updated each month.
- Encourage co-workers to share ideas, network/market our store.
Customer Service Lead
- Must ensure all guest receive the Dress Up Experience.
- Assist in training fellow co-workers in customer service scenarios.
- Make oneself available to support other team members with customer concerns/questions.
- Can accept returns up to 45 days.oCan approve refund up to two items worth.
- Must be able to recognize the top guests and assist in training co-workers on who they are.
- In charge of contacting guests from Wishlist and ensuring the list stayscurrent.
- Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meetor exceed store goals.
- Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase individual and store performance.
- Complies with all store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping/working environment.
- Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
Inventory Processing Lead
- Must ensure all weekly inventory + any additional transfers are processed correctly before the start of open on Saturday each week.
- Ensures weekly releases are organized and labeled.
- Required to work on days of inventory arrival in order to process.oEnsure all discrepancies are thoroughly investigated and resolved correctly.
- Help develop a plan for inventory if inventory arrives at an abnormal time.
- Communicate to Store Manager when missing styles, or when store receives more than amount shown on transfer.
- Communicates to Store Manager if, or when, there is backstock + constantly restocks sales floor.
- In charge of correcting daily negative inventory report.
- In charge of marking down damage items and placing them on sales floor.
- Must be present for all inventory counts.
