Select Buy Online, Pick Up In Store at checkout and choose your preferred Dress Up location.
We do our best to have your order ready for pickup within 3 hours.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders can be picked up during your selected store's regular business hours.
You have 14 days from your purchase date to pick up your order.
Orders not picked up within 14 days will be refunded, and the merchandise will be returned to inventory for sale.

BOPIS purchases follow our standard return policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygienic liners attached.
Returns may be made in store or by mail within 30 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges are available for in-store returns only.
Approved returns receive store credit for the amount paid.
No cash, credit card, or debit card refunds are issued.
Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
